The Little Dragons Karate Program is an introductory karate class specifically designed for children ages 4 and 5.  This program aids in the teaching of 7 essential life skills:  Focus, Memory, Discipline, Self-Control, Fitness, Balance, and Coordination.  All of this is achieved through exciting and fun activities! Wear loose fitting clothing
