A combination program that harnesses the power of walking with the 4 pillars for achieving your ultimate weight loss goals.  Rebecca, a wellness coach will begin each class with a talk on one of the four pillars of health:  movement nutrition, hydration and rest and relaxation.  By the end of Walking to Weight Loss, you'll not only notice positive changes in your physique but also cultivated a sustainable, enjoyable fitness routine that can be integrated into your daily life. Lace up those speakers and lets step into a healther, fitter you.
