Fabulously fun summer program for kids 3 to 12. Weekly themes, field trips and summer keep your summer moving along.
Limited time to workout? This 45-minute workout centers around functional training, which helps you perform better at everyday activities or movement, making your body work more efficiently--not lifting a specific amount of weight. Move station - to-station, completing three sets of strength/cardio movements (using everything from bodyweight, dumbbells to kettlebells and from bands to barbells) for timed intervals. All movements can be modified and tailored to all abilities. Mat, loop bands and 5-10 lb weights needed.
