Dearborn Schools Community Ed & Childcare

Some drawing experience is recommended.  Students will develop essential drawing techniques such as shading, creating texture, using values and principles of design to compose a still life from observation.  Students will experiment with many materials such as a variety of erasures, pencils, charcoal sticks and Conte' Crayon which is a mix of powdered graphite and/or charcoal combined with a wax or clay base.
