Get ready to sweat in this high strength and conditioning class.  Target every aspect of fitness using functional movements.  A challenging, but flexible ultimate full body workout, targets core while developing your cardiovascular conditioning, power stability, flexibility, balance and agility.  **Bring a mat, Kettlebell needed 5lbs-10lbs. recommended.
